Information excluded from the scope of the CCPA, such as certain medical or health information and other categories of information protected by different laws.

Use of personal information

You can only make a verifiable request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. Verifiable consumer demand must:

Response schedule and format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you in writing of the reason and the extension period.

Any disclosure we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of the verifiable consumer request. The response we provide will also explain why we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. In the case of data portability requests, we will select a format to provide you with personal information that is easy to use and should allow you to transfer the information from one entity to another without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that your application warrants a fee, we will tell you why we have made this decision and provide you with an estimate of the costs before we finalize your application.
